Privacy Statement

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 PURPOSE OF POLICY. This Privacy Policy applies to Exsalerate CRM owned and operated by Solution Source Limited (“us”, “we”, “Exsalerate”, “our”, or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users (“you”, “your”, “user(s)”, or “Customer(s)”) of the Company Website crm.exsalerate.com and any affiliated sites (the “Site”) and any services, applications, widgets, mobile applications and software made available by Exsalerate, (collectively with the Site referred to as “Services”). We created this Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Services, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. Accordingly, we abide by the following privacy principles for all the Personal Information we collect from you. When using any of the Exsalerate Services, you are consenting to the collection, storage, manipulation, transfer, disclosure and any other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Customer has engaged Exsalerate.
Solution Source Limited (“Solution Source” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement describes Solution Source’s privacy practices.
1.2 Web Sites Covered
This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of Web sites that link to this Privacy Statement: http://www.exsalerate.com; (collectively referred to as “Solution Source’s Web sites” or “the Company’s Web sites”).
Exsalerate’s web sites may contain links to other web sites. Solution Source is not responsible for the information practices or the content of such other Web sites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other Web sites to understand their information practices.
2. Information Collected
Exsalerate offers a variety of applications and services that are collectively referred to as the “Services.”Solution Source collects information from individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites (“Visitors”) and individuals who register to use the Services (“Customers”).
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Exsalerate requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Information”). When purchasing the Services, Solution Source requires you to provide the Company with financial qualification and financial information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organisation that will be using the Services (“Financial Information”). Solution Source may also ask you to provide additional information, such as company annual revenues, number of employees, or industry (“Optional Information”). Required Contact Information, Financial Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as “Data About Solution Source Customers.”
As you navigate the Company’s Web sites, Solution Source may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Company’s Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).
3. Use of Information Collected
Exsalerate uses the collected data for various purposes:

3. To Allow you to participate in the interactive features of our service when you choose to do so

5. To detect, prevent and address technical issues
6. To monitor the usage of our service
The Company uses Data About Exsalerate’s Customers to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” Web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services.
The Company may also use Data About Solution Source Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.
Exsalerate does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Exsalerate uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Services.
Solution Source uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and improve the Company’s Web sites.
3.1 Exsalerate Gmail Chrome Extension
Exsalerate’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Web Site Navigational Information
Solution Source uses commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies, to collect information as you navigate the Company’s Web sites (“Web Site Navigational Information”). This section describes the types of Web Site Navigational Information that may be collected on the Company’s Web sites and how this information may be used.
4.1 Cookies
Solution Source uses cookies to make interactions with the Company’s Web sites easy and meaningful. When you visit one of the Company’s Web sites, Solution Source’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you. They merely recognize your Web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to Solution Source, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or filling out a Web form (such as a “Contact Me” or a “30 Day Free Trial” Web form), you remain anonymous to the Company.
Solution Source uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer.
If you have chosen to identify yourself to Solution Source, the Company uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the Company to uniquely identify you. Each time you log into the Services, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to your account is placed your browser. These session cookies allow the Company to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Services and to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies are required to use the Services.
Solution Source uses persistent cookies that only the Company can read and use to identify browsers that have previously visited the Company’s Web sites. When you purchase the Services or provide the Company with personal information, a unique identifier is assigned you. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that the Company places on your Web browser. The Company is especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, the Company does not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. If you disable your Web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will be able to navigate the Company’s Web sites, but you will not be able to successfully use the Services.
Solution Source may use information from session and persistent cookies in combination with Data About Solution Source Customers to provide you with information about the Company and the Services.
4.2 IP Addresses
When you visit Solution Source’s Web sites, the Company collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Solution Source uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s Web sites.
Solution Source also collects IP addresses from Customers whey they log into the Services as part of the Company’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.
4.3 Third Party Cookies
From time-to-time, Solution Source engages third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites. Solution Source may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of Company advertisements. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after the Company receives it.
Solution Source also contracts with third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other Web Site Navigational Information on the Company’s Web sites and emails and on third-party Web sites.Ad networks follow your online activities over time by collecting Web Site Navigational Information through automated means, including through the use of cookies.
5. Public Forums, Refer a Friend, and Customer Testimonials
Solution Source may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Company’s Web sites. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Solution Source is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.
Customers and Visitors may elect to use the Company’s referral program to inform friends about the Company’s Web sites. When using the referral program, the Company requests the friend’s name and email address. Solution Source will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company’s Web sites. Solution Source does not store this information.
Solution Source posts a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company’s Web sites that contain information such as Customer names and titles. Solution Source obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
6. Sharing of Information Collected
Solution Source may share Data About Solution Source Customers with the Company’s service providers so that these service providers can contact Customers and Visitors who have provided contact information on our behalf. Solution Source may also share Data About Solution Source Customers with the Company’s service providers to ensure the quality of information provided. Unless described in this privacy statement, Solution Source does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes.
From time to time, Solution Source may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from Solution Source, the Company may share Data About Solution Source Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s).Solution Source does not control our business partners’ use of the Data About Solution Source Customers we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies.If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.
Solution Source uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Financial Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.
Solution Source reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
7. International Transfer of Information Collected
To facilitate Solution Source’s global operations, the Company may transfer and access Data About Solution Source Customers from around the world, including the United States.This Privacy Statement shall apply even if Solution Source transfers Data About Solution Source Customers to other countries.
8. Communications Preferences
Solution Source offers Customers and Visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to info@exsalerate.com Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Solution Source or the Services.
9. Correcting and Updating Your Information
Customers may update or change their registration information by editing their user or organization record. To update Company Registration details, please login to http://www.exsalerate.com with your username and password and click “Admin.” To update an organization’s information, click the “Your Company & Services” button. To update a user profile or username and password please select the “Team Members, Targets & Email Templates” section. To update Financial Information or have your registration information deleted, please choose the “Cancel Sub” button from the “Your Company and Services” section.
10. Customer Data
Solution Source Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). Solution Source will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Solution Source Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.In accordance with the Solution Source Master Subscription Agreement, Solution Source may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.
11. Security
Solution Source uses robust security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Customer Data. When the Services are accessed using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, Firefox version 2.0 or later, or Safari version 3.0 or later, Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology protects Customer Data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that Customer Data is safe, secure, and only available to the Customer to whom the information belongs and those to whom the Customer has granted access. Solution Source also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and the Company hosts its Web sites in a secure server environment that uses firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Solution Source also offers enhanced security features within the Services that permit Customers to configure security settings to the level they deem necessary. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Solution Source usernames and passwords.
Because the Company uses the Services to maintain Data About Solution Source Customers, this information is secured in the same manner as described above for Customer Data.
12. Data Transfer
We may transfer, process and store Personal Data we collect through the Services in centralized databases and with service providers located in New Zealand. New Zealand may not have the same data protection framework as the country from which you may be using the Services. When we transfer Personal Data to New Zealand, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service is hosted in New Zealand. EU customers’ databases will be hosted in Solution Source’s datacenter located in Auckland, New Zealand. Regardless of the database being hosted in New Zealand, if you choose to use the Service from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from New Zealand law, then please note that you may be transferring your Client Data and Personal Data outside of those regions to New Zealand for storage and processing by our service providers listed in Solution Source’s Terms of Service. We will comply with GDPR requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of personal information from Europe to New Zealand. Also, we may transfer your data to the U.S., the EEA, or other countries or regions deemed by the European Commission to provide adequate protection of personal data in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Service.
13. Data Controller and Data Processor
Solution Source does not own, control or direct the use of any of the Client Data stored or processed by a Client or User via the Service. Only the Client or Users are entitled to access, retrieve and direct the use of such Client Data. Solution Source is largely unaware of what Client Data is actually being stored or made available by a Client or User to the Service and does not directly access such Client Data except as authorized by the Client, or as necessary to provide Services to the Client and its Users.
Because Solution Source does not collect or determine the use of any Personal Data contained in the Client Data and because it does not determine the purposes for which such Personal Data is collected, the means of collecting such Personal Data, or the uses of such Personal Data, Solution Source is not acting in the capacity of data controller in terms of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”) and does not have the associated responsibilities under the GDPR. Solution Source should be considered only as a processor on behalf of its Clients and Users as to any Client Data containing Personal Data that is subject to the requirements of the GDPR. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, Solution Source does not independently cause Client Data containing Personal Data stored in connection with the Services to be transferred or otherwise made available to third parties, except to third party subcontractors who may process such data on behalf of Solution Source in connection with Solution Source’s provision of Services to Clients. Such actions are performed or authorized only by the applicable Client or User.
The Client or the User is the data controller under the Regulation for any Client Data containing Personal Data, meaning that such party controls the manner such Personal Data is collected and used as well as the determination of the purposes and means of the processing of such Personal Data.
Solution Source is not responsible for the content of the Personal Data contained in the Client Data or other information stored on its servers (or its subcontractors’ servers) at the discretion of the Client or User nor is Solution Source responsible for the manner in which the Client or User collects, handles disclosure, distributes or otherwise processes such information.
14. Changes to this Privacy Statement
Solution Source reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. Solution Source will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Company’s Web sites at least 30 business days prior to the change taking effect.
